Founded in 1998 by Ted Widen, Chicago Scene has been the insiders guide of where to go and what to do in the city of Chicago and producer of some of the city’s most exciting events including New Years’s Eve at The Drake Hotel and The Chicago Scene Boat Party, both in their 17th years.

THE CHALLENGE

CHICAGO-SCENE.COM has been the go-to for the most spectacular events and activities around Chicago. In partnership with facebooth.tv we were asked to produce 3 minute, and 5 minute videos to recap their annual NYE mega-party. The challenge was to capture 3 rooms, and two hotels of entartainment for new years eve on video and with stunnning nightlife photography. In addition we staffed facebooth.tv machines that provided guests with the fun of taking HD photos on a backdrop with friends and family and posting the image directly to social media. Our challenge there was to keep all these elements running smoothly while thousands of guests enjoy.

In partnership with cutting edge entertainment technology companies, we provided mass amounts of media coverage for the entire event in addition to social media live-uploading! Guests were able to post images directly to their facebook accounts from the parties red-carpet! A Night to truly remember!
